All jewellery is sold with BIS-approved hallmark certification and (where applicable) certified diamonds.
Prices are subject to change based on gold/diamond market rates without prior notice.
Orders will be confirmed only after full or advance payment as per our policy.
We accept major payment methods (cash, card, UPI, bank transfer, etc.).
EMI or financing options, if available, will follow separate terms.
Delivery timelines depend on product availability and customization requests.
Lakshmi Jewels is not liable for delays caused by courier/logistics partners.
Returns/exchanges are accepted only for unused, undamaged jewellery within [X days] of purchase (conditions apply).
Customized jewellery and bullion coins are non-returnable.
